I've noticed a lot of people are having trouble finding out how to file one, since DA doesn't exactly make it easy to find on the site.

I hope you guys find this helpful. I know I sure did when the information was passed along to me. 

Not only that, but more of the same thing. Art theft plus trying to steal people's money by offering fake commissions. 
This is NOT the first time it's happened. I have to wonder if these people know that I could actually take legal action against them. Not only them, but to DA for allowing this sort of thing to happen, and after multiple reports, still not doing anything to resolve the issue. This has been going on for a few months now, and DA staff have only just now responded to me in regards to the DMCA Takedown Request that I filed a while back. I'm hoping the matter gets resolved quickly, and that the offending page is taken down. Not just deactivated and left up, but completely removed. 

This kind of thing is the original reason that I stopped posting most of my artwork on this site. 

If DA staff fail to resolve the issue, I will take it up with those that host DA servers for failing to comply with their own TOS.

So it appears that recently someone had made an account and pretended to be me, while claiming my artwork as their own, and possibly trying to sell prints of it. 
I apologize to anyone who tried to purchase said artwork, unfortunately I do not offer prints of the artwork that I post here, mostly because they are commission pieces that have been paid for by other people. If you did try to purchase said art, please contact DA staff, and they might be able to help you get your funds back. 

I do appreciate everyone letting me know that the theft was going on. Thank you!

Hey guys. Recently a friend of mine linked me to some artwork in someone's gallery, and I found myself staring at it for a very long while. I went through their entire gallery this way, looking over each piece in detail. The artist uses such vibrant colors and expressions that it had taken me from a really down mood, to making me feel happy. I was glad to see the effort and feeling that had been put into the art.. though the artist really dosn't get enough recognition for what they do.
